New Year, New Me!

I’ve been over weight my entire life.  This year is my year to change my life for the better.  Everything in my life is perfect except for my size…I’m always putting others first and this year I’m going to make time for “me”.  I have a lot of weight to lose but I know I can do this..and I will.  Never give up hope..and always dream big and keep the faith and everything else I know will fall into place like a puzzle.

    That is the right attitude! You have to do this for you, be your own sunshine so you can be there for your family.
